Shipping, delivery and returns

Where we ship

We ship to all countries in the world, with Track & Trace. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with Track & Trace code and a link so that you can easily track your package.

What it costs

The Netherlands: €4,00 per order
Belgium – Deutsche Post: €5,00 per order
Belgium – PostNL: €7,50 per order
Europe: €5,00 per order
World: €7,50 per order

If you order more items, the shipping costs will remain the same.

When you have Gunderwear Surprise Subscription / Gunderwear Underwear Surprise Box shipping costs are included in the price.

How long it takes

Netherlands: 1-2 delivery days, calculated from the first working day before 16:00 PM. No delivery on Sunday and Monday. Ordered before 16:00 PM on a working day, shipped the same day.

Belgium – Deutsche Post: 5-10 days.

Belgium – PostNL: 1-2 delivery days, calculated from the first working day before 16:00 PM. No delivery on Sunday and Monday. Ordered before 16:00 PM on a working day, shipped the same day.

Europe: 5-10 days

World: 10-20 days

In almost all cases it concerns a briefbox package for which you do not have to stay at home to open the door.

Although in most cases delivery is within the stated times, we cannot offer any guarantee. If your package arrives later, please check the tracking link and allow at least 5 additional business days.

Returns

Are you not happy with your purchase? Can happen. Provided it is unworn, unwashed, original labels still attached and in the original packaging, you can return (part of) your purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Clearly state your order number on the return package.

Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. We do not charge any costs for processing your return.

After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be credited via the payment method you used when placing your order. This takes several days.
